Taichung boasts the biggest night market in Taiwan. In Fengjia Night Market, visitors can find various peculiar deep-fried chicken and other fries. In the city also stands Chun Shui Tang, where the world-popular pearl milk tea was first concocted. A perfect match with the tea is Oolong Flavored Dried Tofu served in traditional bubble tea houses.
